The Department of Business, Education and Professional prides itself on contemporary initiatives and forward-thinking ideals which help support a sustainable economy and offer students the best possible experience whilst studying with us. Our experienced and passionate team aim to inspire and support students to achieve their full potential.
Business
Our programmes offer flexibility for students with a range of study options available. This includes single year programmes such as the Higher National Certificate (HNC) or Higher National Diploma (HND), or modular study which is delivered in the evenings and entirely online.
Our programmes offer a rich learning environment led by specialists in each sphere of Business and Management. Students can begin to specialise in different areas through innovative assessments which utilise differing levels of experience and expertise.
Education
We have a range of work-based programmes meaning you can remain in work whilst achieving your degree. You can work in either a voluntary or paid position for a minimum of 2.5 days a week and attend taught sessions at the University Centre once a week.
You may work in a variety of educational settings supporting young people at any age and stage of development. We have welcomed students working in early years all the way through to further education including specialist education and youth work.
Professional
We have a range of professional qualifications that help support your career progression. Our awarding bodies include; ATT, CIPS, CIPD, CMI and PMQ.
