Craig Hughes

As the HE Program Lead for FdSc Applied Sport Coaching and Physical Education, I oversee the design, delivery and development of this degree. I am passionate about working with individuals who wish to develop themselves as practitioners and as people. My area of interest sits in understanding interpersonal relationships and interactions - specifically exploring what constitutes effective coach behaviour, and pedagogical frameworks to support practitioner delivery. Outside of my role at SGS HE & University Centre I work for Gloucestershire County Cricket Club as a pathway coach and I also work as a coach developer for Boing Kids and for the ECB.
