Rachel Matthews

As a primatologist Rachel spent many years working on our Zoological Management & Conservation programme leading students in field conservation projects focussing on sea turtles, primates and behaviour studies. Her research focusses on human-wildlife conflict, with the aim of mitigating the impact human behaviour has on wildlife through education, training and stakeholder collaboration. Now as our Quality Assurance and Enhancement Lead Rachel utilises her years of experience to lead the higher education provision in the delivery and enhancement of academic quality and standards, including curriculum design and development.
